2. Human Resources

The quality of its Human Resources is undoubtedly regarded as a first priority variable in a competitive business. The ERI has defined the necessary qualifications for its key company executives who take part in important procedures.

ERI employees are in possession of a high level of expertise and hold corresponding academic qualifications. Within this context, the company respects its staff, supports their efforts, and provides the maximum available resources, with a view to the best possible outcome for the client. In addition, particular weight is given to the education and continual  re-briefing of company staff via their participation in conferences and research programmes. With continuous staff education,  the company ensures the satisfaction of the demands of the ERI as to the ability of its staff. Essential training has a further place in the continuous assessment of staff performance.
