Keys To Expanding Your Business Through Trade Show Participation

Exhibition - Conference organizer

As you know, in many European countries there operates a procedure of certification of Exhibition data by specialist agencies. The report on the method of extraction of results of an Exhibition constitutes for the Organisers a strong argument in promoting the Exhibition among Exhibitors and Visitors.

We would like to inform you that that the Exhibitions Research Institute, within the framework of its activities and in co-operation with corresponding European agencies, carries out research (auditing) concerning the qualitative and quantitative results of Exhibitions.

We have devised a fixed method of collection and processing of statistical data concerning Exhibitors, Visitors and exhibition space, along with the pattern of Visitors and Exhibitors. Visitors along with Exhibitors have the ability to programme their exhibition activity successfully only when they know that the data they are given about an Event has been collected at the correct time and in a given way and are comparable with those of other relevant Events.

Organisers have the ability to evaluate the approximation to their quantitative targets as regards:

  • economic returns
  • area in square metres rented
  • number of tickets sold
  • income arising from the provision of services
  • number of Exhibitors
  • number of Visitors
  • duration of visit

along with the approximation to their qualitative targets as regards:

  • the identity of Exhibitors (degree of correspondence of Exhibits to the type and title of the Event)
  • opinions of Exhibitors about the Event
  • classification of Visitors (commercial visitors, position in company etc.)
  • opinions of visitors about the Event
  • response of the mass media and the press
  • the prevailing atmosphere (ambiance) during the Exhibition

The Exhibitions Research Institute, in collaboration with the Organiser, produces the final evaluation study, which also contains proposals for the next Exhibition.

We will be happy to provide whatever information you require about our Services.
